So far every board that has been taken apart has this problem (that we are aware of) so it’s important to inspect your board and determine what repair options you have. Most boards that are caught early can be repaired with liquid electrical tape and trimming the battery box with either a dremel or file. Boards that have been through more vibration / rougher riding may require replacing the damaged wiring entirely. Modifying your battery housing will most likely effect Future Motion’s decision to do any repairs involving the modified battery housing, keep this in mind if you plan on sending your board to Future Motion.
